Interview

Give us a brief background about yourself. I was born in Thailand and grew up in Hamilton, Ontario. I'm a small city girl with big city dreams. I'm naturally shy and have the shortest attention span, but I love meeting new people and going on adventures. I believe in doing whatever makes you happy and that success is the best revenge.

How did you get started in modeling? I started when I went with a friend to do a photo shoot and then a car show in Montreal called Sports Compact Performance. It was definitely an amazing experience so I continued from that point.

What has been your biggest accomplishment as a model? My biggest accomplishment as a model is having people actually look up to me. I honestly don't really feel like anything special but when people send me long messages for advice, and tell me how I inspire them, how they look up to me, etc. I'm always shocked but then I realize I must be doing something right. I've always wanted to be a positive influence and it's the best feeling knowing that I'm having that much of an impact on someone! hehe.

In your opinion, what sets you apart from other models? I am super easy going, laid back, and cannot stand drama! You'd be surprised how many times I'm told I'm different in those ways. I always hear stories about other models being divas and random bullshit but I never really understood what's the point of drama. Sometimes I feel like a dude in a girl's body. I'm not sure, but I think I'm weirder, dorkier, and more loserish than other models haha.

Are you looking to expand into other fields besides modeling? I would love to expand more into videos, like acting and TV hosting.

What is your opinion on models posing for Playboy? Would you consider posing? I personally don't look at Playboy magazines so I don't really care. If that's what floats their boat and makes them happy, good for them! That's all that matters. They're doing their thing and that's great, it's none of my business. As for me, I would only do it if I didn't have to get naked. Like if it was implied nudity, sure, but I will never ever expose my goods, as a personal choice.

Have you had any funny or embarrassing experiences during a shoot? Tell us one. Hmm not really but it's always funny and embarassing to me when I try to look sexy for photos. Ugh I hate when the photographers tell me to seduce the camera. Or if I try to wink for a video. FAIL! I am such an awkward child.

Are you currently single or taken? That's for me to know and you to never find out! Hehe it'll forever remain a mystery so you can have fun guessing!

What characteristics or traits do you look for in a guy? I'm into a guy with a great sense of humour, fun and adventurous, always up for anything, caring, sweet, romantic, honest, loyal, passionate, affectionate, respectful, trustworthy, and A MAN OF HIS WORDS! Good hygiene, well dressed, muscles and tattoos are sexy bonuses. Oh and he better love drinking and traveling!

What would you consider a perfect date? The perfect date would be spontaneous! Trying something new together, anything random, unexpected and exciting! I'm not into the whole lame coffee or dinner, sitting across from each other like an interview kinda thing unless we're actually together. Otherwise I wouldn't consider it a date. I would consider it going out to eat just because I'm hungry. Even if we're just getting to know each other we could at least be chilling at the beach or somewhere with a nice view with some drinks fasho because dating should be as fun as partying otherwise it's just another chore, haha.

What websites would you say you spend most of your time on? Definitely Facebook, Tumblr and maybe YouTube but mainly to watch music videos.

What are you passions/hobbies? I am super passionate about food! I absolutely love food from all cultures. Gotta eat em all! Good thing I also love working out... it's all about balance! I also love traveling anywhere and mean it when I say I want to travel the world and try everything in life once. So let's just say, I'm passionate about living life to the fullest!

What is something people would be surprised to know about you? Hmm you know what, people always assume my life is so easy because I look like this and that but you'd be surprised that I grew up with more struggles than you can imagine... I never had anything and that's why I appreciate every little thing so much. I've been told I look like a materialistic kind of girl but I'm really not. I love all the simple things in life, just having fun and living! I don't care about name brands, etc. I care about Domo, Pikachu, cute plushies and toys haha. Oh and guess what, I know more about Dragonball Z than any other dude, you will never win an arguement with me.

Aside from being our Featured Model, what can we expect from you in the upcoming 2012 year? You can expect big tings popping! Haha expect to see me everywhere you go cause I'mma take over! :D
