Tell us a little bit about your personality. I am probably one of the biggest nerds you will ever meet! On first meeting, I might be shy and quiet. However, once I feel comfortable around someone, they can't get me to shut up. I'm really friendly, humorous, and fun to be around with. I have good intentions from the beginning and I'll keep having those same intentions until the end. I'm opposite from the stereotypical model; I'm not conceited, oblivious, or cold. You can say I'm the girl next door. I'm the type you can take home to your mother and she will LOVE me!
Where were you born and where did you grow up? I was born in San Diego, CA. However, I left the beautiful city when I was seven to grow up in Las Vegas, NV. They're complete opposite from each other.
How did you get into modeling? Like every other girl, I've wanted to model since I was 4 years old. Growing up, I was always around people who were obsessed with cars. I never really got into that obsession, but I focused more on the girls standing next to those cars. I kept thinking to myself how beautiful they were and how I wanted to be exactly like them. I finally started modeling at 16 and I've been modeling ever since.
What do you like most about being a model? I love meeting new people, exploring new places, and the attention. I've met some good friends through modeling whom I will never forget and I've met fans who push me to keep going. I've been to places that I didn't know of until I started modeling. I know models are known as attention whores, but without all this attention, I wouldn't have came this far. My goal is to make a positive impact and through this attention I receive, I know at least one person is listening.
How do you spend your time when you're not modeling? When I'm not modeling, I am studying. I am a full time student; Monday through Friday I am at school. Once the weekend hits, I can relax for a couple days. Sometimes, I would go out with my friends, party, and have a good time. Most of the time, I like to do simpler activities: I love going to the movies, going to the mall, or dinner at a nice restaurant. I also have no problem staying home by myself and doing something constructive.
What is your best physical feature? My best physical feature is my face. I am no where near perfect but I do accept myself the way I am. Even though some people are blessed with great bodies, it is the face that gets noticed first. Come on, no one likes butter-faces!
What is the first thing that attracts you to a guy? Of course I have to find someone physically attractive before my emotions set in. However, looks aren't everything. I like to say that my ideal boyfriend is the guy version of me: hardworking, smart, and goal orientated. If I had to pick one trait to favor, I'd pick intelligence. I like being able to talk to the person I am with, and if that person isn't smart, then I'd be talking to a wall. It's hard to date because I don't know whether a guy truly likes me for me or just likes me for my looks.
Describe your idea of a perfect date. It doesn't matter where we go or what we do, just as long as our personalities click. I love talking to someone for hours without having to "break the ice." It's as if I've known them my whole life without even knowing them.
If you could customize any car, what would it be? How would you customize it? Why can't I just get a Skyline and get it over with?! That car is perfect. Actually, if I had to customize any car, I'd pick a Nissan 350Z and fix it up exactly like the one in Tokyo Drift.
What is something people would be surprised to know about you? I graduated high school with an honors diploma as a high honors student. Yep, I'm a smart model!

What is your biggest pet peeve? I hate when doors are left open; I have to get up and close them myself. I don't like using wet towels and I hate it when they're left on the floor; I have to hang them on a hanger. I also hate it when the bathroom floor is left wet; when I'm finished taking a shower, I dry off in the tub to prevent this.
Aside from being our featured model, what can we expect from Kai Lansangan in 2010? Expect to see me at more car shows like HIN, SEMA, FormulaDrift, and everything else in between. I'll also start gogo dancing this year. I'll have my website up in a couple months, so keep a look out for that as well. I'll be moving to Southern California in August. I'll be traveling more and when you see me around, don't be afraid to say hi!
Any last words to your supporters and future fans? Thank you guys SO much! If it weren't for you guys, I don't think I could have made it this far and still have the power to keep going.
