Tell us a little bit about your personality. I am a really active person. I go to school and work. I go to the gym constantly and take care of my body. I am a huge animal lover and I have a Mastiff/Pit mix dog.
Where were you born and where did you grow up? I grew up in the Bay Area (Marin County).
How did you get into modeling? I started working for a promotions company and got interested in modeling. I did a few photo shoots and everything took off from there.
What do you think is your best physical feature? My skin/complexion
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? I wish I were taller.
What do you like to do when you're not modeling? Hobbies? I love working out and cooking...Haha sort of counterproductive hobbies but at least they balance each other out. I also love playing with my dog Diesel. My favorite thing to do when I'm not working is going to pool parties and people watching!
What would you say a guy has to do to get your attention? Just be yourself. I don't like people who try too hard and act fake.
What is your idea of a perfect date? A really nice dinner and then going out to listen to great music and dancing.
Which websites would you say you spend most of your time on? Craigslist, MySpace, Facebook, The Dirty, Yahoo.
If you could customize any car, what would it be? How would you customize it? I think it would have to be a Porsche 911...I would gut it and turn it into a race car.
What is something people would be surprised to know about you? Special talents? My personality is a lot like a guy. I love huge dogs, fast cars, and beautiful women! I can't tell you my special talents, but if you are lucky you will find out :)
What is your biggest pet peeve? I hate when I get my car washed and someone rolls down the windows and then they streak.
Aside from being our featured model, what can we expect from Mia Lai in 2009? I have so many things coming up...I am keeping really busy with school and work, but as far as modeling I am hoping to get published in some more magazines....keep a look out.
