Tell us a little bit about your personality. I'm
outgoing, honest, maybe even a little blunt at times, spontaneous, and just a fun-loving person that just
wants to dance =)
How did you get into modeling? To be honest, I still don't really consider myself a model, more of a go-go dancer because I do much much more of it. But anyways, I auditioned to gogo for Hot Import Nights LA in March of 2008 and was seriously blessed to meet a guy while I was walking around by the name of Mike Munar and he asked if I'd like to tour with HIN. Thinking not much of it, because what were the chances he was really going to call, I gave him my contact info and stayed a little hopeful. Next thing you know I get a call from Mike and he's got a ticket for me to go to GUAM with huge names like Christine Mendoza! I was ecstatic to say the very least! =D
What do you like most about being a model? Modeling... challenging yourself and being fully comfortable with your body, and creating photos both you and the photographer take pride in. As far as gogo dancing, DANCING! =)
What have been your highlights in your modeling career? GUAM, hands down. I was so fortunate to have that opportunity. Thank you Guam for being such an amazing crowd!
Do you have any funny photo shoot or casting stories? I ate cheese with Rey Trajano and watched the entire Justin Timberlake's Future Sex HBO Tour Special after one of the shoots. It was amazing haha.
Any photographers you enjoy working with or hope to work with? I've only shot with 2 photographers thus far, and both have been great. Rey, my first photographer helped me pose and just made me feel so comfortable and made my first experience a great one, and his photos of me are the most used on sites I'm featured on. TaylorsonImaging.com, I got some great headshot and pictures on the beach (Note: Beach shoots are not as easy as they look- sand flying everywhere in your face and the water is freezing because best time to shoot is late afternoon before sunset haha) Steve Bitanga, Babeblvd.com photographer extraordinaire, I have always been a fan of your work and I promise we'll be shooting soon! =D
What is something people would be surprised to know about you? Special talents? I don't brush my hair or like wearing bras haha. And basically my only talent is dancing. I've been doing it since I was 4, started teaching when I was 12, and now I'm go-go dancing as a side job. It's seriously my passion. But I guess I can throw in being double jointed and having extremely bony looking fingers, and being able to do weird things that non-double jointed thicker fingered people can't do, in there if you'd like haha.
If you could customize any car, what would it be? What color? This is a hard one, I've always wanted a charcoal grey double cab Toyota Tundra since I was younger, now more like just a super sleek tinted black Bimmer, or maybe a Black Jeep. I'm simple when it comes to cars, probably because I don't know too much about them haha.
What internet websites do you spend most of your time on? Facebook for sure. I'm in college haha.
What do you like to do when you're not modeling? Hobbies? Dance all day every day =)
What is your biggest pet peeve? I have a couple - smokers, people that don't use their blinkers to signal, bad grammar (please use your and you're correctly), and people who are so lazy they litter.
Where do you see yourself five years from now? That would make me 26. I should be working as a nurse anesthetist by then and marriage should be in the picture very soon after that.
